Amendments to a hard-won and under-construction 32-storey Perth tower that have “important feasibility implications” have been approved.

Developer Edge Living sought an increase in apartment numbers at its luxury Lumiere project at South Perth, from 109 as approved in 2020 to 115, as well as considerable reconfiguration of the podium to accommodate the changes. 

The amendments include a 2.3m increase to the height of the podium from the original approval.
