SOKO Waterfront Unveils Million-Dollar Sky Homes

Brisbane-based Spyre Group has unveiled its SOKO West End project's most exclusive dwellings: Two rooftop 'river home' penthouses featuring uninterrupted Brisbane River and CBD views with VIP lift access.

Only two prestige penthouses dubbed 'sky homes' are available for sale, with both located on the top floor - level eight - of SOKO at 17-21 Duncan Street West End. Both sky homes feature 2.9 metre-high ceilings.

Each penthouse has 230 sqm to 242 sqm internal space including four bedrooms, plus 40 to 50sqm of 'real lawn' orientated toward the river.

An internal atrium runs through hallways and the ensuite of the two sky homes which also features large butlers pantries, Gaggenau appliances, Pitt Cooking and high level finishes.

 Three car parks are allocated to each sky home, a rare inclusion for inner city apartments.

Complete home automation with motorised curtains, speakers, air-conditioning, number plate recognition is also included.

The $83 million SOKO Waterfront development will have 120 apartments overlooking the Brisbane River. Earlier this year, the development made headlines for its Brisbane-first virtual concierge system, allowing residents to log maintenance requests, monitor utilities, and book transport services.The development also offers the latest technology in integrated security and home solutions, complete with number plate recognition for residents and visitors.

Spyre Group Director Andrew Malouf told The Urban Developer the penthouses are expected to fetch "around three million dollars each" after confirming the SOKO project is over 70 per cent sold.
