Pellicano Puts Forward 25-Storey BtR Plan for Spring Hill
Pellicano Projects is reworking approved plans for a Spring Hill tower, converting it to a build-to-rent and short-term accommodation project.
The Queensland-based builder-developer has filed revised plans to Brisbane City Council for the site at 157-163 Leichhardt Street.
According to Cotality’s RP Data, the site, 1km north of the Brisbane CBD, was acquired in December for $12.1 million.
