$11M Penthouse Sells At Omnia: 70% Sold At Launch

Strong sales at Greenland Australia's latest residential project, Omnia located in the heart of Potts Point, is evidence that buyer's appetite for prestige property close to the Sydney CBD remains strong.

The leading property developer has announced the successful sale of 70 per cent of the released high-end luxury apartments in its latest luxury boutique development, Omnia, with over $160 million in sales transacted including a three bedroom plus study penthouse for $11 million.

Greenland Australia Managing Director Sherwood Luo said the interest in Omnia proved strong from the initial registrations of interest campaign and as such has resulted in the impressive sales success.

CBRE Director Residential Projects, Ben Stewart said he wasn't surprised by the excellent response from the market given the short supply of prestige apartments in this part of Potts Point.
