The NSW Budget is due to be handed down next week and while many of the policies and funding allocations have been revealed, there is still much we will only know come Tuesday.

The Urban Developer has gathered together what is so far known to be included in the first Budget by the Government of Premier Chris Minns as the property sector anticipates how it will alleviate the industry’s woes, including the housing crisis, escalating construction costs and labour shortages, as well as what industry bodies believe must be included.

While the NSW housing targets have been rebalanced and announced, there is little that has been revealed about what to expect from the Budget for the housing sector.
