The first images of New Deshon tower, part of the $600 million South City Square development set to transform the inner-city suburb of Woolloongabba, have been unveiled.

Developed by Pellicano and Perri Projects, New Deshon is the second stage of a massive urban renewal project that will see six residential high rises, one hotel, retail facilities and open space being built over the next seven years.

It follows the success of the first tower, One South City, which is now 100-per cent sold.

New Deshon was designed by DBI Design and will offer a range of apartment configurations, including one, two and three bedroom designs.

A highlight of each apartment will be a large terrace that will deliver a smooth transition between outdoor and indoor living.

The apartments offer neutral interiors with natural timber floors and built-in joinery. Kitchens will include stainless integrated dishwasher and stainless steel ovens, island benches, mirrored glass splash-backs, stone benchtops and European appliances.
