Legacy Property unveil new Capitol of Bondi Junction

C

Legacy Property has unveiled a new 20-storey residential tower development in Bondi Junction after receiving Development Approval last month.

Capitol Bondi Junction is located at 253 Oxford Street - 100 metres from Westfield Bondi, 300 metres from train and bus stations, and nine minutes from the iconic Bondi Beach.

The prestigious new development will comprise a mix of 93 one bedroom, one bedroom plus study, two bedroom, two bedroom plus study and three bedroom apartments, two penthouses with private entertaining spaces and ground floor retail.

Apartment prices start from $495,000 and will feature views of Bondi Beach to the east and Sydney Harbour to the north and west.

Designed by Dickson Rothschild Architects, the development is expected to play a significant role in the revitalisation of the eastern section of Oxford Street.

The interiors have been designed by award-winning firm BKH Interiors, which has created a modern and elegant environment, while effusing a tailored and timeless effect.

Each apartment will feature stylish grey walls, gourmet kitchens complete with European appliances, oak timber floorboards and custom-made broadloom carpet.

The building will boast a combination of defined curves, expanses of glass, a sandstone facade as its base, and a timber-slatted awning shading the pedestrian area below.
