Multi-Million Construction Contract Awarded on Booming Ripley Valley Development

BMD Urban has been awarded a lucrative $5 million contract for the civil construction works at the booming

Providence development in the Ripley Valley.

Currently one of the top 10 fastest selling developments in Australia, the Providence contract includes works on 144 new lots as well as regional trunk infrastructure such as roads, water and sewer mains.

Providence Project Director Michael Khan said construction on the 670-hectare development was running ahead of schedule thanks to the strong consumer demand.
