Grollo Ploughs Ahead with Key-Worker Hotham Cabins

Developer Grollo Group has filed plans for much-needed key worker accommodation at a popular Victorian alpine destination.
The developer won funding in November of 2024 from the Victorian Government’s Regional Worker Accommodation Fund (RWAF) to deliver 1300 beds at its Mount Hotham sites.
At the time it was estimated that the project would cost $138 million.
