Dubai's Most Expensive Apartment Hits The Market For US$50 Million

The penthouse on top of ONE at Palm Jumeirah has hit the market for a staggering Dh181 million or roughly US$50 million.

Taking the top spot for Dubai's most expensive apartment, the title was clinched from the famous Burj Khalifa after selling its penthouse for $16.3 million.

Developed by Omniyat, the penthouse comes with seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms and 12 parking spaces. With over 40,000 square feet there's more than enough room for the helipad, outdoor space, three infinity pools and professional BBQ pit. The penthouse also comes with four docking spaces for the owner's yachts.
