The Yarra House Penthouse Collection is part of the luxe boutique apartment development Yarra House at Forrest Hill, which is mid-way through construction and close to sell-out.

Designed by Scott Walker of HASSELL, the two penthouses are located on the top floor and feature floor-to-ceiling windows and streamlined balconies.

The northwest and north-east facing penthouses both have three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with ensuite. Fittings and furnishings include Italian marble kitchen and bathroom benchtops, en-suites, spacious walk-in-robes, study areas, butler’s pantries and plenty of entertaining space. There is also European oak flooring, open fireplaces and Gaggenau appliances.
