Meet the Judges: The Urban Developer Awards for Industry Excellence for 2025

The Urban Developer Awards for Industry Excellence presented by Trilogy Funds are back for 2025—and with them, a judging panel of industry heavyweights tasked with identifying the projects, people and organisations raising the bar across the built environment.

Independently selected for their experience and expertise across development, design, capital, construction and innovation, the judges bring rigour and credibility to the process.

“We’re incredibly grateful for the calibre of leaders who’ve stepped up to judge this year’s program. Their time, insight and commitment help make these awards what they are.”
— Adam Di Marco, founder and chief executive,
