Maximise Project Sales with Smart Online Collaboration

Lotus Residence Outdoor Living

Smart collaboration combines online and offline to deliver the best of both worlds.

Online-offline collaboration creates transparency, strengthens client relationships, and enhances the deal experience for buyers and sellers.

And it’s the fastest way for property developers to maximise sales.

For many years, the sales process for off-the-plan and new-build property has remained largely unchanged. Developers release stock, then a master agent will incentivise channel agents to hit the phones, emails, and listings portals.

A challenge that arises, however, is buyer confusion when there is a lack of real-time information about reservation status and stock availability. This hampers agents from providing a personalised service and closing those vital pre-sales.

That’s why Teamlink, an award-winning online platform, has pioneered a new approach working collaboratively with the Home789 project marketing network.

Teamlink is an AI-driven SaaS platform that connects property developers and real estate agents with buyers in real-time through an instantaneous, transparent digital solution.

From a soft launch in February this year, and working closely with Home789, Teamlink now has over 100 channel agencies on board. Live on the platform it currently has 6000-plus units from more than 50 projects across 36 developers.

The business was passionate about the role property technology could play to streamline administrative processes and workflow management, harness the power of 3D and VR to showcase beautiful design and luxury finishes, and transparently inform real-time sales notifications, Teamlink chief executive Walton Chu said.

The human touch was still greatly valued by buyers, he said.

“As property is such a high-value purchase—and an emotional one—real estate agents play a vital role in building relationships, providing local knowledge, and acting as a trusted advisor,” he said.

“Technology empowers agents to spend more time on higher-value actions like nurturing relationships, answering buyer questions, and nudging sales.

“Teamlink helps professionals to avoid repetitive low-value tasks and always have the right information to hand so no one needs to make a frantic phone call, send an urgent email or stay up late manually updating a spreadsheet,” Chu said.

An ongoing success story for online-offline collaboration between Teamlink and Home789 is Lotus Residence in Hurstville in Sydney’s south developed by TQM Design & Construct.

As lead project marketer, Home789 is working closely with nearly 300 sub-agencies to maximise sales for TQM.

Relying on Teamlink, agents can access the project's marketing collateral and latest availability, communicate with pre-qualified buyers using the app, and dramatically increase their efficiency when updating sales data.

Developers always have a real-time sales update and finance reports are generated at the click of a button.

Through Teamlink, agents can also access the latest 3D visualisation tools such as a 360-degree virtual walkthrough and photorealistic building stack.

These visualisations are invaluable for remote and overseas buyers.

“Leveraging the power of online-offline collaboration, even during the Covid lockdown last year, Teamlink and Home789 delivered the pre-sales target on time for TQM to unlock funding from their bank,” Chu said.

“Smart collaboration can connect everyone in the real estate ecosystem in real-time, in one platform that works anywhere, anytime and on any device.”
