Sell Out Success For Mason Point's First Four Releases

Gibson Property Corporation (GPC) and Roche Property Group (RPG) have sold out the first four releases at Mason Point in South Morang.

The fifth release,  ALBA @ Mason Point, is now selling.

Designed by Idle Architecture Studio, the development consists of 38 luxurious two and three bedroom townhouses and 39 spacious two bedroom apartments. During the 18-month construction phase, ALBA will bring approximately 150 new jobs to the South Morang Activity Centre.

Internal floor spaces range from 106-174 square metres for the townhomes and 71 to 83 sqm for the apartments. ALBA also offers large gardens for the townhouses, while the apartments feature expansive balconies of up to 40 sqm.

Charles Gibson of GPC said: “With ALBA, we will provide a collection of affordable luxury residences located on the doorstep of services and amenities such as Westfield Plenty Valley Shopping Centre, the South Morang train station, RMIT University, La Trobe University and primary and secondary schools located just minutes away."
