Macquarie And CoreLogic Aim To Boost Property IQ

Property data and analytics provider CoreLogic has teamed up with Macquarie Business Banking to launch a new software joint venture, PropertyIQ.

PropertyIQ will initially deliver three software solutions that will enable the real estate and strata industries to improve business efficiency by providing a single operational view of their businesses, integrating workflow with leading data, analytics and banking solutions.

The first solution is PropertyIQ Connect which is powered by a Salesforce Customer Relationship Management system. The solution draws on CoreLogic’s national database of properties, enabling agents to appraise properties, connect buyers to properties and view real time market information so they can list and sell on the spot, anywhere, anytime.

The second solution is PropertyIQ Portfolio, which is a property management and trust accounting system that allows agents to keep track of activities in their rental portfolio and automate routine activities so they can be more responsive to landlord and tenants’ needs.

The third solution is PropertyIQ Strata, a strata management system that reduces administration for strata managers through automated bank file transfers so expenditures can be approved and paid on the spot, streamlined invoice workflow and seamless document management capability.
