Shovels Hit Dirt on UAG High-End Toorak Apartments
Developer UAG has broken ground on its 53rd project in its 30th year of operation at 8 Wallace Avenue in Melbourne’s Toorak.
To rise on the site in the heart of Toorak Village is an eight-storey apartment project comprising six whole-floor apartments, a two-storey penthouse, and a 24-7 concierge and reception on the ground floor.
Each apartment will have private home office suites. The penthouse will have a living and dining pavilion, wine room, pool, cabana, gym and terrace.
