Lincoln Square South PBSA HERO

A century-old piano factory is a step closer to becoming a 14-storey student accommodation tower after HS Optimus Holdings was greenlit for the adaptive reuse project at Carlton.

Fathom Group and Singapore-based developer Ambertree submitted the application for 23-31 Lincoln Square South this year.

The City of Melbourne has now approved the $106-million project, which comprises 268 beds across 9184sq m of gross floor area on a 906sq m site opposite Lincoln Square Park.
