Plans have been filed for a $230-million precinct in one of Sydney’s recently created TOD zones.
Level 33, an entity led by Eddy Haddad, now has a proposal for six buildings of 10 to 25 storeys at 301 and 301B Samantha Riley Drive, Kellyville, before The Hills Shire Council.
Kellyville is about 41km north-west of the Sydney CBD and the project is within one of the NSW capital’s Transport Orientated Zones.
