Lendlease Receives Approval For No.1 Collins Wharf

VH_CollinsWharf_1280_620x380

Lendlease will launch further into its Victoria Harbour precinct after gaining approval for No.1 Collins Wharf, its $300m apartment development.

The project will include 321 dwellings including apartments and terrace homes through the 21-storey building. Dwellings will be priced from $418,000 to $1.53 million according to The Australian Financial Review.

All residences feature high quality fixtures and fittings complemented with contemporary and sophisticated interiors and finishes. Functional floorplans maximise natural light and water view lines to offer one, two and three bedroom apartments. The luxurious interiors of No.1 Collins Wharf unfold onto expansive balconies which are all enhanced by water or city views – some with dual or triple aspects.

A gateway to Victoria Harbour, No.1 Collins Wharf heralds a spectacular new era for one of the city’s most esteemed addresses. Designed by award-winning architects Bates Smart, No.1 Collins Wharf offers a collection of architecturally-designed apartments and terrace-style homes with dual views of Victoria Harbour and the Yarra River.

The limited and exclusive Collins Street Terraces are the pinnacle of luxury waterfront living. Designed across three levels, Terraces houses two bedrooms with an additional third bedroom/study to offer luxuriously spacious living, The Terraces are enhanced by an additional fourth-level private roof-top terrace garden with spectacular north-facing views of Victoria Harbour and south-facing views of the Yarra River.

From the sophisticated welcome at the hotel-style lobby to the private residents swimming pool, gym and entertainment spaces, each element of design and decoration of No.1 Collins Wharf has been fashioned to allude a luxury lifestyle. The highly sculptured tower capitalises on its unique waterfront positioning. Concealed in a shimmering glass façade and enhanced by finely crafted veils of metal fins, the construct reflects both water and city views. Transparency allows for harbour breeze and sunlight to flow through to both private living and shared resident spaces.

Number One Collins is now selling.
