Council records list 5 The Lanes Boulevard as an alternative address for the site.

Spatium Architects has designed the plans, to be known as The Skin Centre Development.

Office spaces, a spa, auditorium, staff areas, and injection and treatment rooms would be part of the first level of the three-storey building.

Operating theatres, consulting and recovery rooms will be on the second level with two residential apartments on the third level.
