Knight Frank has appointed  Mr Neil Brookes as new Regional Head of Capital Markets for Asia Pacific.

Neil Brookes comes to Knight Frank with over 12 years of experience in capital markets.

Based in Singapore, Mr Brookes will be responsible for the regional capital investment market business which drives all outbound and inbound capital flows to Asia.

“As a global investment consultancy with a fantastic residential business, Knight Frank offers its clients unparalleled access to high net worth investors who are increasingly seeking commercial investment opportunities. I am excited about the opportunity to service the wide network of clients at Knight Frank and further strengthen our capability in the capital markets business across Asia Pacific,” Mr Brookes said.

Stephen Ellis, Executive Chairman at Knight Frank said, “We are excited to have Neil join us at Knight Frank. Neil’s extensive background and experience will no doubt significantly add value to our business as the world’s leading independent property advisor and our aim to increase turnover and profits from outside of the UK, with particular emphasis on growing our Asia Pacific Region.”

Mr Brookes will be working alongside Sydney-based Managing Director of Capital Markets Australia, James Parry and London-based Head of International Investment, Jeremy Walter.
