Jensen Bowers Launches Knowledge Series Guide To Brisbane City Plan

n

There are many aspects of the city plan that have changed, and to help you navigate your way around these changes, Jensen Bowers is launching a Knowledge Series – A guide to developing under the Brisbane City Plan 2014.

Over twelve weeks, Jensen Bowers’ Knowledge Series will piece together the Strategic Framework of the new planning scheme which, when coupled with insights from Jensen Bowers’ Development Advisory Team, will provide you with valuable knowledge of what they call ‘The Geography of Opportunity’.

Mr Andrew Magoffin, Jensen Bowers’ Senior Planner

, said “Our advisory team have identified where the new opportunities exist and how people can maximise their competitive advantage".

“The series will specifically address key topics and assist developers with their future developments," said Mr Magoffin.

Participants will receive a weekly newsletter, with topics to include:

  • City Centre Development

  • Major Centres

  • Corridor Hubs

  • Growth Corridors / Major Infrastructure Projects

  • Growth Nodes – Planned and Future

  • Special Centres

  • Future Suburban Living Areas / Investigation Areas

  • Neighbourhood Plans

  • GFA Vs 3D Building Envelope / Design Parameters

  • Overlays
