Jadecorp Launches 30pc Sold The Rockwell at Lutwyche

Jadecorp is confidently taking its Lutwyche residential project to market next month after banking $25 million in off-market sales.
The $80-million The Rockwell project at 21-23 Norman Avenue, Lutwyche, 6km north of Brisbane’s CBD, is now 30 per cent sold, and construction is already under way.
Jadecorp co-founder Maria Dracakis said the off-market deals demonstrated pent-up demand for the design-focused apartments at the HAL Architects-designed The Rockwell.
The Rockwell comprises 52 two and three-bedroom residences across nine storeys, with the 1960s hotel-inspired lobby.
The family-owned builder-developer is confident in the depth of the market for the residential product.
Jadecorp has reported strong interest in its $2.495-million penthouses, which, if sold at that price, would create a suburb record.

The centrepiece of The Rockwell is the Residents Club rooftop, which includes a sunrise pool and deck, a yoga and movement studio, an entertainment lounge, private dining area and garden terrace.
Since its inception in 1997, Jadecorp has built a solid portfolio of 25 completed projects, totalling $350 million in gross realised value.
According to property records, it secured the 1620sq m Lutwyche site spanning two lots in November 2022 for a combined $3.35 million.
Amended plans, filed with the Brisbane City Council in July 2025, were approved at the end of 2025.
