Jackson Green Releases Premium Townhomes

G

Cedar Woods Properties has launched the third release of townhomes in its premium Jackson Green masterplanned community at Clayton South, Victoria.

The ‘Reserve’ release features a mixture of two, three and four bedroom townhomes from $519,000 which offers purchasers affordable luxury in the tightly held south eastern suburbs.

The Reserve release is the last opportunity for buyers to secure a home overlookingJackson Green’s central park.

The park is part of the 4000 square metres of open space included in the development, which has been designed to encourage residents to embrace the outdoors and their community.

“At Jackson Green we’ve embodied all the ideals associated with life in the leafy south eastern suburbs of Melbourne with affordable luxury in mind,” says Cedar Woods Victoria and Queensland State Manager Nathan Blackburne.

Jackson Green occupies a privileged position close to amenities and infrastructure including education, public transport, roads, employment and with the Clayton Road shopping strip a short walk away, ensuring the development is an integrated part of the community.

The landmark development has seen an overwhelming response from the community, with stages one and two having completely sold out.

“We’re seeing a strong trend towards owner occupiers at Jackson Green, and a great deal of purchasers have been young families,” Blackburne says.

“We can already see it becoming a really great community in a thriving part of Melbourne, with all the conveniences of inner-city living.” Cedar Woods has enlisted leading architects DKO to masterplan the site, which includes a mix of contemporary townhouses, detached homes and apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms.

“The diverse range of housing typologies in the development caters to a wide range of buyers and is intended to foster a real community,” Blackburne says.

Due for completion in 2020, Jackson Green will have delivered a total of 180 new houses and 170 new apartments to the Clayton South community.
