Perth Apartment Project Sets the Standard, says Planner

A project to “set the standard” of development in Perth’s eclectic inner-city ahead of an expected new planning framework has been filed for Beaufort Street.
The proposal for a six-storey residential building with a ground-floor cafe filed with the Western Australian Planning Commission for 872 Beaufort Street, Inglewood, is on exhibition.
Property Development (WA), led by sole director Angela Tilli, is behind the project valued at $20 million. It acquired the site and its two-storey apartment building in 2023.
