First Apartments Filed for H-U’s Precinct in Perth’s Leafy Nedlands

Perth developer H-U has proposed the first of three apartment buildings for the exclusive riverside suburb of Nedlands in a precinct-scale project whose 114 blocks for individual houses have sold out.
H-U co-founder Rowan Clarke said the six-storey Ferguson Lane project would be named after a small street to be developed as part of the Nedlands Reserve precinct that will centre upon an extension of Hardy Road in the leafy western suburb.
“It’s in a well established area; nice and green and this particular project overlooks the new public open space area [at Nedlands Rserve],” he said of the proposed medium-density development.
