Holdmark Plots Slender Two-Tower Project at MacPark
Holdmark Property Group is working on a 400-unit project a transit-oriented development area in Sydney’s north-west.
The developer is applying State Significant Development pathway, to build a mixed-use project at 2-4 Giffnock Avenue and 384-392 Lane Cove Road, 120m south-west at Macquarie Park.
The site is near the Macquarie Park Metro station in the City of Ryde local government authority area, about 18km by road from the Sydney CBD.
