Developer Pushes Height Limits for Cremorne Scheme

A $37-million luxury apartment proposal on Sydney’s Lower North Shore wants to exceed height limits as demand for downsizer housing continues to grow.

Helm Properties—the developer behind high-end residential projects Phi and Laurier at Cremorne, and Muse at Neutral Bay—has filed plans for a 23-unit apartment complex at 118-124 Benelong Road and 72 Gerard Street.

The development, designed by Brick Architects, would include four above-ground levels and three basement levels, and is aimed at buyers downsizing from larger homes.
