Spec Property, Helio is a 15 level project comprising 113 one, two and three bedroom single level and loft style apartments ranging in size from 52 square metres to 194 square metres.

The $61 million development includes a striking façade design, proposed ground floor retail space and a communal residential space featuring two expansive rooftop terraces.

The façade features weathered copper vertical fins with three columns of white porcelain tile running the full extent of the façade.
