Developer HB+B is plotting a “state-of-the-art” storage and distribution warehouse as Western Sydney’s industrial market shows no signs of slowing.
The “modern, high-quality” warehouse at 221-235 Luddenham Road at Orchard Hills will set the standard for its wider Alspec Industrial Business Park, according to State Significant plans now on exhibition.
Designed by Nettleton Tribe, the 48,157sq m facility would have a two-level ancillary office and cost an estimated $171.8 million.
