Labrador Scheme Joins Gold Coast Midrise Surge
Midrise infill plans are continuing to pad out the development pipeline in the Gold Coast’s northern suburbs.
The latest proposal is for 17 apartments across an eight-storey building on a 504sq m site at 24 Whiting Street, Labrador—about 3km north of the Southport CBD.
It has been lodged by Melbourne-based Omnitude Investments, which secured the property for $1.5 million in October last year.
