A $95 million boutique apartment development in Sydney has launched to strong buyer support, continuing a growing trend of quality boutique projects in the city’s inner ring.
George & Allen is located within walking distance of Green Square train station in the inner southern suburb of Waterloo and features 138 one-, two- and three bedroom apartments.
The project launched in mid-November to strong buyer interest with over 40 apartments purchased on the opening day, many to local owner occupiers.
It is being constructed by
Built and designed by

According to the project website, ‘George & Allen will be unique, recognisable and envied as it brings together ideas of warehouse living.’
Located on a former industrial site, the development is arranged into four separate wings giving maximum northern frontage to the apartments and enabling natural sunlight and cross-flow ventilation.
360 Landscaping has devised three grand courtyards which allow light into generous communal spaces decorated with climbing vines, established trees and banquette seating.
Hecker Guthrie have taken inspiration from the site’s industrial heritage with concrete soffit ceilings, bespoke track lighting, custom glazed joinery, timber flooring and copper tapware.
A selection of premium three bedroom apartments is also available featuring black granite kitchen cabinets.
George & Allen is expected to be completed in mid-2014.
