Gamuda Tops Out Fishermans Bend, St Kilda Towers

Malaysian property developer Gamuda Land has topped out two sustainable residential towers in Melbourne as it makes significant progress towards early 2026 delivery for both.
Gamuda acquired the 945sq m Fareham development site at St Kilda Road for $9.75 million in July of 2022, and paid $24 million for the 2600sq m site for The Canopy at Fishermans Bend in late 2021.
The towers would be worth a combined $130 million.
