Gallery Group Brings Vacant Surfers Site to Market

The site at 205-211 Surf Parade, Surfers Paradise gained approval for two towers up to 36-storeys and a single 40-storey tower with 250 apartments in the past few years.

There is a large parcel of vacant land in Surfers Paradise with development approval for multiple schemes and it seems Gallery Group is keeping its options open.

The Gold Coast-based developer has put the 2070sq m parcel on the block after receiving unsolicited offers for the blank slate near the Jewel triple towers.

The site at 205-211 Surf Parade, Surfers Paradise, gained approval for two towers of up to 36 storeys as well as a 40-storey highrise scheme of 250 apartments in the past few years.
