Accor to Manage Freecity BtR, Co-Living and PBSA Assets

Hospitality group Accor has moved into Australia’s rental living sector, signing on to manage the build-to-rent, co-living and student accommodation portfolio of Sydney modular developer Freecity.

Under a white-label agreement announced on Monday, the hotel operator will handle leasing, marketing, building operations, resident services, community programming and amenities across the portfolio.

Bookings will run through a new Freecity consumer website and brand.
