A Rouse Hill site that sparked a political firestorm and corruption investigation in 2019 is to be transformed into a $200-million residential development.
Approval has been granted for 295 apartments across four eight-storey buildings at 38 Cudgegong Road.
The Herman Residences project is being developed by SH International through its subsidiary Zhinar Architects.
