Developer First Quadrant Properties has taken the covers off its plan for an eight-storey luxury residential project in an ever-popular enclave on Sydney’s North Shore.

Planned for the site at 3-5 Yeo Street, Neutral Bay would comprise 28 apartments, including 15 per cent as deemed affordable housing, equal to six homes.

Eighteen three-bedroom units make up the bulk of the project, joined by two of one bedroom, seven of two bedrooms and a single four-bedroom penthouse.
