Deep Dive Into the Year Ahead with The Urban Developer

The start of the year is full of forecasts, so to help navigate the maze of information, The Urban Developer is today launching its White Paper series.

The series, which will feature a new topic every two months, brings together news and views delivered by The Urban Developer every day, alongside expert insights and data to help decision-makers throughout the year.

The first of the White Paper series features predictions from major analysts including KPMG chief economist Dr Brendan Rynne alongside the forecasts of quantity surveyors, agents and developers.

It covers the biggest issues facing development this year, from interest rates and the impact of escalating construction costs.

“The industry is still suffering the effects of a hangover from some of the significant challenges it faced in 2023,” The Urban Developer’s managing editor Taryn Paris said.

“We have brought together industry experts to give their predictions for 2024 to help inform our readers on what to expect and how to navigate the year ahead.”

This edition of the White Paper series will be available to all readers of The Urban Developer, but following editions will be available to members only.
