The community is located three minutes from Oran Park Town and eight minutes from Camden, both of which offer transport, shopping, schools and recreational amenities.
“We’ve seen a high demand for housing in the South-West region and we are pleased to help purchasers buy their dream homes,” Mr Soutar said .
The first stage release at Arcadian Hills is now selling, with 16 of the homes already under construction.
The Arcadian Hills open day is from 11:00am to 3:00pm on Sunday 12 October at Loudon Crescent, Cobbitty.
“We look forward to meeting lots of local families and encourage everyone to join in the celebrations with us.”
The Steve Waugh Foundation strives to improve the quality of life of children and a family affected by rare diseases, and is committed to a coordinated approach to the service, treatment and research of rare diseases.
