Coronation Property has taken over the build-to-rent project of an agribusiness and property tycoon and plans to nearly double the number of homes originally proposed.

A scoping report has been submitted for the site at 46-52 Nicholson Street and 59-67 Christie Street at St Leonards on Sydney's Lower North Shore.

Coronation Property is asking for the Secretary’s Environmental Assessment Requirements (SEARs) for the preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement.
