Clutch Elevates Sydney Living with The Mira Penthouse

High-end residential developer Clutch has unveiled the crown jewel of The Mira apartments, with expressions of interest now open for the opulent 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom penthouse suite in Sydney’s inner-east.

The exciting reveal follows the release of the two and three-bedroom apartments within the development in August this year.

“Every residence we create has the same quality and attention to detail but we are excited to see these unfold on a larger scale in The Mira Penthouse,” Clutch head of sales and marketing Amanda Panetta said.

The living space of more than 300sq m is paired with an additional 114sq m of outdoor entertaining area, complete with a private rooftop and plunge pool.

Nestled within the leafy Bellevue Hill neighbourhood, The Mira Penthouse is a glimpse into the quiet luxury that Clutch is committed to bringing to ‘rightsizers’, or people looking to graduate from a larger family home into an urban oasis.

The sale of the penthouse will be led by Gavin Rubinstein and the team at The Rubinstein Group, renowned for selling Sydney’s most exclusive homes.

Clutch’s Rose Bay development, Opus, is among TRG’s successes with the record sale making headlines in the real estate reality TV show Luxe Listings Sydney.

A celebration of industry excellence, the essence of The Mira Penthouse is encapsulated by its project partners. Built by Lords Group, a generous floorplan designed by PBD Architects and bespoke interiors curated by Lawless and Meyerson, with every feature in the home thoughtfully chosen to reinforce the sense of privacy, luxury and calm.

“Our expertise lies in quality. On a project of this calibre, every decision has to be thoughtfully coordinated. That’s why we meticulously hand-selected every collaborator on this project—experts we could trust to bring the vision of The Mira Penthouse to life,” Panetta said.

A tranquil blend of seclusion and convenience, The Mira Penthouse is just moments from vibrant city life.

Residents can explore nearby attractions such as harbourside walks, ocean swims and golfing at the Royal Sydney Golf Club, or relish the charm of Plumer Road shops and waterfront dining at Catalina and The Boathouse.

“The Mira Penthouse represents our vision: a property doesn’t need a beachfront to create an island escape,” Panetta said.

Clutch is committed to delivering thoughtfully designed high-end developments across Sydney’s eastern suburbs. Experience a life ‘Created by Clutch’ at The Mira Penthouse—expressions of interest are open at https://mirabellevuehill.com.au/
