Townhouse, Unit Scheme at WA Boomtown Wanneroo Awaits its Fate

Perth developer Claymont is waiting to see what the consultation tide brings in for its $63-million apartment and townhouse project overlooking the Indian Ocean at Jindalee in the city’s far north.

Claymont chairman Jerry Goh said floors three to seven of the scheme’s seven-storey apartment building would have ocean views.

But water vistas from the scheme’s two-storey townhouse building would be blocked by another project planned across Maritime Drive from the Claymont development.
