Chapter Two Gets to Work on Rainbow Bay Apartments
South-east Queensland developer Chapter Two has tapped Groupline Constructions for its 12-storey apartment tower at the southern end of the Glitter Strip.
The Plus Architecture-designed Holm on Eden Avenue would comprise 87 two, three and four-bedroom apartments.
Chapter Two’s project is already two-thirds sold, with about $90 million under contract.
