The original Rossi Boots factory in Adelaide is getting upgraded with plans filed for an eight-storey apartment building to be put on the inner-south site.
Minuzzo Project Management is behind the project to adaptively reuse the brick, sawtooth buildings and add a “champagne” coloured, aluminium apartment block above.
This will create 32 apartments and two three-level townhouses at 135 Greenhill Road in the trendy, affluent suburb of Unley.
