Townhouse, Unit Proposal Joins Surge in Brisbane’s South

Two ageing houses in Brisbane’s south-west would make way for an 86-apartment block as developers continue a push into the rapidly evolving Richlands corridor.

Brisbane developer Orchard Heights has filed a development application with Brisbane City Council for the project at Richlands.

Planned are 47 townhouses and a five-storey apartment building of 39 units across two adjoining lots at 27 Orchard Road and 73 Government Road, 20km south of the Brisbane CBD.
