The latest proposal for a shoptop apartment block at Bondi Beach wants to make the most of the NSW Government’s Infill Affordable policy changes. 

Investment manager OCP Asia founding partner Dan Simmons and his wife, Mandy, have applied to the Waverly Council for the partial demolition of the building at 27 Hall and the construction of a five-storey shoptop project.

The ground floor would house two retail tenancies fronting Hall Street as well as a residential lobby entrance.
