A Perth-based build-to-rent, timber-frame apartment specialist has acquired a Rockingham site from the WA Government and plans a 200-home masterplan.
Bluerock Projects paid $4 million for the 1.94ha site in the coastal suburb about 47km by road south of the Perth CBD in partnership with Australian Residential Properties.
The pair plan to transform the “prime masterplan site” in the growing suburb into a build-to-rent community.
