Billionaire-Backed Tower Plans Scaled Up at Palm Beach
Too much luxury living is never enough—at least not, it seems, in one of the Gold Coast’s most exclusive dunal dress circles.
Upscaled plans have been filed by Gold Coast developer Tim Gordon and billionaire pub baron Bruce Mathieson for the duo’s high-end debut at Palm Beach’s Jefferson Lane.
It is the sequel to their uber-luxury $300-million The Mantaray Marina and Residence project under construction at The Spit, north of Surfers Paradise.
