Developer Pounces On Bayside Development Opportunity

1

A local developer has scooped up two adjacent blocks in Melbourne's Bayside for $5.4 million.

The two homes at 2 and 4 Littlewood Street present a rare development opportunity in Hampton, one of the Bayside's most sought after suburbs.

According to the Australian Financial Review  the developer intends to apply for permission to build multi level apartments on the site.

The properties measure 1,393sqm over two titles and are zoned General Residential Zoning (GRZ2).

They boast three street frontages and are close to the vibrant Hampton retail precinct, which has more than 50 cafes and restaurants, plus fashion boutiques. The properties are also under one kilometre from the water's edge.

The deal was negotiated by George Takis from Teska Carson.
