Australand's Westmeadows Valley Park development enters Stage 3

A

Stage three of the Westmeadows Valley Park residential development has been released.

Australand began selling houses in the development in August with over 30 already sold. The development includes one bedroom apartments and three, four, and five bedroom houses in a mix of freestanding houses and townhouses.

Australand’s Development Director of Built Form Craig Muse said the fastest to sell has been the Wattle – a 3-level, 3 bedroom home that features two living rooms and decks on its first and second floors.

“Popular with owner-occupiers, buyers tell us the Wattle’s size is great value for money, especially when compared to similar homes in other areas within the northern corridor.

"The valley view’s available from the Wattle houses have also been a factor in their popularity, and in fact many of our houses are designed to maximise potential for scenic views through well placed and spacious balconies,”

One bedroom apartments start from $295,000 and three bedroom houses start from $395,000.

Valley Park is 17 kilometres from Melbourne’s central business district and is located close to the Western Ring Road, the Hume, and the Tullamarine Freeway.
